At We Connect we want to enable everyone, at every age, to take part in proven approaches for healthy living.
We believe that in order to prioritise our overall wellbeing we should aim to stay healthy and active, making sure we do so in a safe way.
Yoga, Pilates and meditation are particularly helpful for promoting a healthy body and mind, as they can help to relieve anxiety and stress. We also offer tools for managing and relieving pain.
Every week we will feature new classes which you can access through the Online Classes grid below by clicking on the Videos button on each section. We will also keep the videos of the previous classes up, so you can take any of the classes at any time that suits you.
All of our featured exercise classes are led by professional teachers. Some classes are specially created for We Connect, and some have been selected for you from online resources.
